Saving, Recycling, Reuse
The intervention was profound. The need to get into an ecological mood meant that all production activities were questioned with the aim of containing consumption, reducing waste and the most dangerous and toxic substances, guaranteeing an optimal working environment in terms of safety and, not only that, implementing green marketing.
The research and development department has been, and continues to be, working with excitement and enthusiasm. We are trying to use more and more innovative and less impactful raw materials (an example is bamboo, which can give a calf/sheepskin effect), with a special focus on recycling and reuse.

What are we doing specifically?
We have started to reduce energy consumption
We have minimised toxic pollutants by favouring alternative solutions
We have favoured suppliers for transport who are nearby and able to guarantee transparency and traceability of raw materials
We have reduced packaging, all of which is environmentally friendly
Only by making a detailed analysis of the individual stages of the production processes and the ecological limits associated with them, can actions be identified that reduce their environmental impact.
We have favoured web communication with a low environmental impact, with e-commerce playing a leading role
And so we did.

The ÊTRE project is a long-term project that intends to monitor the effectiveness of the interventions carried out and to invest more and more in technologies and production processes capable of reducing environmental impacts, increasing safety and preserving workers exposed to the most health-threatening phases of the production cycle.
THE“SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS”LABEL IS BORN
In line with our Green communication, we thought of using a label that can assure those who choose our products of our company’s overall eco-friendly approach. A strong and clear ecological statement of intent and perspective. The label “SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS” will be accompanied by the explanatory statement ‘All footwear is made from natural materials; recycled and recyclable for at least 20% of their weight’.
